Do you clean windows inside as well?
Yes we do.
We will clean both sides of the glass, windows and doors, including wiping frames, sills and tracks.
We will also remove your fly screens, clean and replace them all.
I have windows above my stairs, can you reach them?
Yes we can.
We can reach a lot of windows from the ground using poles. I don't always need a ladder. However I can use a ladder if needed. And don't worry, I won't break anything bringing my ladders inside.
I see you use a water fed brush on the outside windows. Do you use that inside as well?
No we don't. We will use the more traditional mop and squeegee method inside.
How does water fed window cleaning work?
We use a reverse osmosis water filtration system to remove mineral solids from your tap or tank water. Normal tap water has between 100 to 600 parts per million of total dissolved solids which include things like salts, chemicals, minerals and metals. Levels up to around 900 parts per million are perfectly safe to drink and use in our homes.
However, anything above 10 parts per million will leave calcium spots on your glass, which is why we filter as close to Pure Water (Zero parts per million) as possible.
Pure water doesn't like being clean, so it acts like a solvent/detergent and loosens the dirt on your windows. Once all the dirt has been loosened, it's just a matter of rinsing it off leaving only Pure water on the glass which will dry perfectly clear.
Why do we prefer to use water fed window cleaning to clean your windows?
Using a water fed brush on a pole is safer and easier than setting up ladders. We can also wash the whole window frame at the same time, removing cobwebs and washing away dirt in seconds.
How much will my windows cost to clean?
The old saying, how long is a piece of string comes to mind. Every house is different.
It depends on 1. what you would like cleaned. 2. How many windows you have. 3. What type of windows/glass you have. 4. What is the access to your windows like? And many other factors.

Do you use chemicals?
Only if we need to. We try to avoid using chemicals. Most dirt build up can be removed with high pressure water blasting. If you have an oil spill or something similar, graffiti, chemicals may be needed, but I will take great care to protect your property and the environment.
